Queer Days by Cinema Niche

Between 13 and 15 June 2024, the Cinema Niche team, with the support of the Háttér Society, will organise its Queer Days event series for the first time in Pécs at the Apollo, in addition to Budapest. For three days, the programme will celebrate LGBTQIA+ films and filmmakers with three films of special significance from the international film and queer subculture. A contemporary French, an American independent, and the Japanese queer underground of the 1960s. A broad spectrum of works that challenge entrenched social norms will be presented, and would be a shame to miss for anyone interested in the development of this art form or who just likes to watch unique and memorable films.
